Law enforcement spotted a big white van in Times square prompted partial evacuations in the area after being deemed “suspicious” at 11:00am. Times Square morphed into a miltarized zone as the police swarmed, for Thursday’s New Year’s Eve celebration no license plates parked in the area set aside. A blaced out window parked on Broadway between 41st and 42nd street was investigated by the police. There noyhing was found which could be dangerous.
